Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require advance notice for any changes.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of up to 50% or equivalent member credit for the scheduled service
- No-shows will be charged up to 100% and/or equivalent member credit(s) for the scheduled service
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled and subject to the late cancellation/reschedule policy above.
